Nagod 88 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment accounts must be registered in the member's own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• If bonus abuse is detected — meaning bets placed with the deliberate intent to exploit bonus offers — all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
• Cashback and VIP rewards are paid out as direct cash and are subject to their own separate wagering terms.
• Nagod 88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

All bets on Nagod 88 are accepted and settled in accordance with our rules. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of the relevant sport or event before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is if the cashout feature is available and active.
• Nagod 88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Nagod 88 is not responsible for missed bets in live betting due to connection issues.

Any evidence of match fixing or other fraudulent betting will result in all associated winnings being voided and the account being permanently closed. Such incidents may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Nagod 88. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using bonus abuse or arbitrage betting strategies.
• Attempting to attack or probe the platform for security vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the origins of illegal funds.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward customer support or other members.

Nagod 88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason. Account closure will be enforced in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• If false information is found to have been submitted during identity verification.

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if a wagering requirement is still active, any bonus or bonus-related funds will be forfeited.

Nagod 88 believes betting is a form of entertainment and should always remain in control. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly.

• Each member can set their own weekly or monthly deposit limit.
• You also have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months) if needed.
